About the Role:

We are proud of the lifelong relationships formed by those who work and study with us, and of the friendly atmosphere – which visitors quickly identify as unusual for such a large organisation. We were proud to be pronounced Entrepreneurial University of the Year 2014.

We’re looking for an Anatomy Centre Technician to provide efficient and flexible administrative and technical support for our new School of Medicine. Working closely with academic and clinical staff, you’ll support them in the smooth running of the Anatomy Centre, setting up and preparing all equipment and consumables in advance of practical sessions.  You will help with embalming, maintaining the specialist teaching equipment and assist the Director of the Anatomy Centre in the day to day running of our practical teaching areas. Full training will be provided on specialist teaching equipment.

With a degree, part qualified in a relevant professional qualification or relevant extensive experience, you’ll have experience within a technical role, providing technical support and will have worked in a customer focussed role. With good organisational, interpersonal and customer service skills, you’ll be able to work with people at all levels, to prioritise a varied workload and will have a positive approach to change.
