About the Role:

We’re looking for someone to join our course administration team where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for the delivery of our courses, ensuring a high-quality experience for students and staff. The role involves maintaining accurate student records, supporting academic processes, contributing to the smooth running of faculty operations and enhancing the student experience through excellent service and communication. 

 

The right individual will have a minimum of two A levels or Vocational qualification at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. In this role you will be working extensively with MS Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Word and Excel.
