About the roles:

The recent introduction of our new School of Apprenticeships is an exciting development at ARU, demonstrating our commitment to becoming sector leading in the delivery of excellent apprenticeships. The School of Apprenticeships works alongside Faculties and relevant professional service colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality apprenticeships. Based in Chelmsford, Cambridge and Peterborough, the School will oversee apprenticeship delivery across our entire portfolio.

Likewise, experience of teaching in groups or tutoring and monitoring progress in other education settings would also prepare you well for success in this role. You will be highly customer-focused, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have experience of providing one-to-one study skills support progression, and experiences facing challenges and solving problems for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

We particularly welcome applicants from a healthcare, construction, engineering or management background.

Interviews are planned to take place on 30th July and 1st August 2024 in Chelmsford and Cambridge.
