About the Role:
Our International Office has achieved substantial growth in international student numbers and developed appropriate international activities to offer an excellent student experience.
Based in our busy office on our Cambridge campus, you will play a key role in dealing with general enquiries, offering a range of advice to our current international students, organising activities throughout the student journey to enhance the international student experience, and provide administrative support to members of the International Office.
This is a customer facing role and involves daily interaction with our international students both in-person and on-line to provide a high-quality student experience for current and future students.
Ideally with a degree, you will have a minimum of two A levels. With excellent customer service and communication skills, you will ideally have experience of working with international students in a college or university environment. A sound knowledge of Microsoft applications will be a benefit
