About the Role:

This is an exciting time to be joining the Estates & Facilities Services as we seek to recruit a series of key maintenance roles including Supervisors, Craftspersons, Operatives and a Technician to further strengthen our Asset Management team responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of the University’s building mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.

We are recruiting for two Maintenance Craftspersons (1 x electrician and 1 x multiskilled plumber) based at our Cambridge campus with electrical or mechanical equipment knowledge.

With Level 2 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification, and experience of working within a mechanical services/plumbing maintenance environment you'll have previous hands-on field experience, and be IT literate with the ability to prepare specifications and contracts for maintenance work and possess strong verbal and written communication skills then we’d love to hear from you.
