About the Role:
As a Senior Lecturer Practitioner in Business Management, you will play a key role in delivering industry-focused education within the Faculty of Business and Law at ARU. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver teaching and practical sessions across undergraduate and postgraduate courses, ensuring students gain hands-on experience in business management principles. Additionally, you will lead professional practice-based activities, such as industry visits, student placements, and the development of degree apprenticeships. You'll also act as a module leader, coordinate resources and assessments, and provide academic support to students, contributing to curriculum development and student experience enhancement. The role also involves forging strong partnerships with industry to enhance employability opportunities and support knowledge transfer initiatives.
We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Business Management, Leadership, HRM, Organisational Behaviour, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students and external stakeholders effectively. A degree in Business Management or a relevant professional qualification is essential, along with experience in corporate training, consultancy, or higher education teaching. The candidate should be proactive in curriculum development and demonstrate expertise in HR analytics, digital HR systems, or emerging trends in people management.
