About the Role: 

As part of the Faculty of Business and Law, our Student Engagement team offer students additional innovative, value added co and extra curricula activities, via our award-winning ARUCPD programme, to broaden our students’ skillset, experience and ability to stand out to employers when they graduate.

 

Leading in the growth and delivery of our team’s portfolio of events and activities, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team on either our Cambridge or Chelmsford campus as our Student Engagement Manager (maternity cover).

 

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the members of our Student Engagement team, and overseeing the organisation, and delivery of our portfolio of co and extra curricula activities and communications with our Business and Law student body. This is a student focused role where you will engage students throughout their academic journey from induction to graduation and even as alumni too!

 

With a degree and appropriate level of experience or part qualified in a relevant professional qualification, you'll have the ability to demonstrate organisation, project and event management and interpersonal skills and you'll enjoy working in a fast paced, customer focused environment. The ability to multi-task, working on multiple projects at any one time to agreed deadlines is essential for this role.
