About the role:

We are looking to recruit a Director of the International Office to lead our dynamic and high performing international office, which include international recruitment, admissions, and student support. Based at either Cambridge or Chelmsford campuses this role is strategically important in helping the university to capitalise on its already strong position as an international recruiter.

 

The position holder will be required to lead the international office, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of the recruitment aspects of the international strategy and the corporate plan. To deliver on identified objectives and international recruitment targets to support growth and diversification of international recruitment to ARU.

 

If you have relevant strategic leadership experience, the ability to think innovatively, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a customer-centric ethos then we would love to hear from you.

 

You'll have a higher degree plus significant demonstrable professional experience relevant or relevant professional qualification at post graduate level (chartered where appropriate) and significant demonstrable experience relevant to the role. Proven experience in working in an International Office with substantial understanding of the HE environment is essential for the role.
